Frequently Asked Questions
To login, go to discover.kelleylibrary.org and click on the "Sign In" button. You will be prompted to enter your library card number (or username) and password. Once you have entered your log in information, click on the "Sign In" button.
Here is a direct link to reset your username or to reset your password/pin. You can also find options to reset your username or password in account settings, as pictured below.
If you forgot your username, you can always log in with your 14 digit library barcode, found on the back of your physical library card. Once you're logged in, you can reset your username. If you forogt your password/pin, here's a link to reset it. This will send a reset link and instructions to the email registered to your account.
If you have forgotten or lost your library card, you can come to the library to get a replacement at no charge. Please bring a photo ID with you for verification.
If you are trying to log in but don't have your barcode, and can't currently get to the library, call (603-898-7064) or email us (info@kelleylibrary.org), and we can email your barcode to the email registered on your account. For security reasons, we cannot give out your barcode over the phone or send it to any other email than the one registered to your account. If you do not have a valid email on your account you will need to come in person with ID to get a new card.
