Library cards are offered to those who live, work, or own property in Salem NH. Enter your information, then click submit. If you would like a phone call when your holds come in, please select "mailing address" as notification method. Be sure to bring proof of your current street address when you come to pick up your card. PO Box is not accepted as proof of residency.
